• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Completing KYC using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

CD88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under certain circumstances. Users may also voluntarily pause or close their own accounts.

• CD88 may close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) will be deactivated automatically.

• Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled through the normal process.
• Once voluntary self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the designated period has ended.
